VICTORIAN HOME RESTORATION
The estimated cost of complete restoration of the Redman House is $4.2 million. Because the property is not located within the city limits of the City of Watsonville, local public assistance is not available. Santa Cruz County funding earmarked for this area are limited and committed to public needs for years in the future. 

Success of this project to Save the House depends on the generosity of individual and corporate donors. Grant requests to public and private Foundations, and other funding resources frequently require matching dollars from the community members who will patronize and sustain the success of the project. 

Currently, stabilization of the House to avoid further structural damage and a new roof are critical needs of the project. Donations may be designated for the specific purposes of Restoration, Operating costs, and Acquisition (property mortgage).

Your cash donation will be gratefully acknowledged and you can obtain quarterly progress reports by joining our e-mailing list on our website. You will also be invited to participate in special fund raising events. Long term pledges of gifts are also accepted.
